Description
50% ownership in "Inuka," a Jeanneau 50DS which went through a comprehensive refit in Oct 2021.
I probably only go sailing once every couple of weeks. It would be great to split the operating costs with someone else. The total cost of buying the boat including a very comprehensive refit completed in Oct 2021 was US$261k (SG$353k). I believe the full operating cost per year is about SG$35k/year (rough number, not specifically calculated).
I would sell 50% of the boat for US$100k (SG$135k), and then the operating costs would be split 50/50. The operating costs include marina (Keppel Bay), insurance, repairs & general maintenance, and diesel, electricity & water.
Mechanical Equipment
Onan generator fully rebuilt in 2021, Victron electrical system, Lithium phosphate batteries (480 amp hour), inverter, electric winches, water maker, etc. Comprehensive refit in 2021. The Yanmar 75hp turbocharged diesel engine was completely serviced in Oct 2021. Folding prop. New life raft in 2021.

Accommodations
Can have 3 cabins and 3 heads, although we usually remove the separating wall of the 2 forward cabins to create one large cabin. Heads are electric. Air conditioning.
