Downtime is a one of a kind custom built owners version Cockpit and Galley: Cockpit enclosure was replaced during refit along with exterior cushions and helm seats. The enclosure is flexible enough to provide protection in temperate weather and easily rolled up to provide airflow at anchor. Dual high-end helm seats makes those long passages comfortable. Cockpit reconfigured to accommodate a gas fired pizza oven that has been the talk at every anchorage! The galley is a chefs dream with lots of counter space and 2 separate refrigerators and chest freezer thatA four burner stove    Downtime was totally repainted inside and out.  Mechanical and rigging: Downtime is rigged for shorthand sailing with all lines leading to either side of the cockpit. Five electric Anderson winches  She has dual remote control electric windlass’s with the main 80 pound Manson Supreme attached to 300 feet of 5/16 chain and the second plow attached to 50 feet of stainless chain and 250’ of nylon rode. Two spare anchors, Fortress FX85 and 60 pound aluminum along with 300’ of rope for emergency situations. During the extensive refit all sails were replaced along with the standing rigging cables.   cruising life. Upgraded sail cloth weight and cut perfectly for the boat. The Jib is roughly 800 sq ft and the main roughly 1200 sq ft. The Screecher is just over 1200 sq/f. there is also a spinnaker. All easily controlled with the Andersen winches from the safety of the 2- Yanmar 4JH80 along with SD 60 sail drives and folding Darglow feather stream propellers. Dual secondary Balmar 100 amp 24 volt alternators keep house bank charged underway. Dual Racor primary fuel filters feed redundant filters  Downtime is equipped with 9 KVA phaser genset and shows less than 300 hrs, 3- 330 watt panels feeding a Victron 150/35 Blue Tooth Controller keeping the 600 amp/hr 24 Volt lithium battery bank (new 2023)  6 new Lithium  200 amp/hr batteries were also replaced in 2023 along with two new Magnum inverter chargers 1-MS4024 and 1-MS1824. Dual battery monitors . Downtime is equipped with a 70 GPH water maker! WM4215C pressure pump feeding 3- new SW2540 membranes that were all replaced this season.   Downtime comes with a DL15 Caribe tender and Yamaha 60 with under 250 hrs.
